Location was good in relation to the beach / promenade, only a few minutes walk. Young family orientated friendly owners. Room was small but adequate, very clean / recently renovated allowing for a good first impression. No comments available about the breakfast as we did not use the service. All in all a positive experience.

Everything was great during 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous and incredible location near to the airport, the train station, the old town, and the Promenade d'Anglais and various bus stops. The staff were immensely pleasant and accommodating too. We would recommend this hotel, it was perfectly clean and quaint🙂

The location near the beach was a huge plus. The staff were cute and helpful, offering great tips around Nice. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Having a nice outdoor garden area was relaxing, perfect for enjoying a coffee. The lack of air conditioning made the room quite hot, especially during the day. Even with a fan, it felt stuffy at night. The bathroom was a bit cramped as well, uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere and service were good.

The owners of the hotel are very friendly and can recommend good restaurants, bus routes etc. They speak excellent English. Hotel is close to the promenade, and you can easily walk to the historic district.
There is some noise at night.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room and came to explore the nearby attractions like the Nice Cathedral and Marc Chagall National Museum, which were easily walkable. I appreciated the safe parking for my car and the assistance I received from the helpful staff. The location was central. The bathroom was quite small, making it a bit of a challenge during my stay.

We chose Hotel Danemark as it was right in the middle for us, half way between the old town and our parents hotel who were also staying in Nice at the time. It was about a 20min walk to Opera Beach (centre of town) which we ddin't mind as the weather was beautiful and you could walk along the beach (promenade). You can easily catch the bus which is 100m from the Hotel. The staff were very friendly helpful and answered any questions we had. The room was very clean and had a quaint charm about them. We would stay there again.
There was no air-con in the room, the room didn't get too hot while we were there but could image this to be very hot in the heat of summer. We didn't have a toliet in the room however we knew this prior to booking so no biggie.

Audrey and Joe were wonderful hosts and didn't make us feel that we were in a "hotel". It was a very homely atmosphere. We had taken a triple room, which had a big double bed and a separate single bed. The room was big enough to accommodate all the furniture and still had a lot of space to move around. Spacious, full of light and overlooking the beautiful courtyard. The best feature has to be the location. It is close to the railway station and just a 3 mins walk to the Promenade and beach. We had a wonderful stay, wish we had stayed longer.

It was a smart choice for strolling in Nice with reasonable value. The friendly staff made checking in effortless, sharing great local tips. Bring a fan if it's hot. Rooms can get steamy.

Very welcoming hotel, in a good location near the Promenade Anglais with a little shop for extra's and wine just round the corner. Small hotel with 12 compact rooms, but Nice is so good that there is no need to spend much time in the room. Lots of info & maps available in the lobby, and a lovely terrace garden at the front of the hotel, to take the ample Continental breakfast. The coffee is highly recommended too. A real pleasure to stay there.

It was a good price compared to other hotels in Nice. It was very close to the beach and close enough to the old town of Nice, it's a nice walk along the promenade to the old town and the bus stop is also very close if you don't want to walk. The owners are very friendly.
Our room didn't have any air-con so it was very hot in the room especially as we were there at a hot time in the middle of July. It was also very noisy during the night - made worse by the fact that it was too hot to close the window.
